Port Perry Handyman

By booking or using Port Perry Handyman services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Port Perry Handyman provides general handyman, repair, maintenance, and seasonal services for residential and commercial clients. Work is performed with care and the necessary tools, but certain jobs may require licensed trades (electrical, plumbing, or gas work). In such cases, customers will be notified.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are provided before work begins and are based on time, materials, and scope of the job.

  • Additional costs may apply if unexpected repairs or materials are needed.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

4. Liability

  • While every effort is made to deliver an excellent job, Port Perry Handyman is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or issues outside the scope of agreed work.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage on their property.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is warrantied for 30 days from the date of service. Materials and parts may carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe access to the location where work will be performed. Hazards should be disclosed in advance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled under applicable provincial regulations.
